Himanshu Jain

Founder & CEO

Himanshu Jain began his real estate journey in Mumbai before moving to Dubai in 2014. His career later took him to Canada and the United States, broadening his perspective on business, service and the relationships that endure across markets.

Returning to Dubai—the city he calls home—he founded Primeview Properties in 2022. At its heart was a conviction shaped by experience: people remember how you made them feel, whether you stood by your word and who they could turn to when it mattered.

From his beginnings in off-plan residential sales, Himanshu has expanded into commercial real estate, income-generating assets, land acquisition and developer joint ventures.

Dhruvshri Rankawat

Co-Founder

Dhruvshri Rankawat oversees operations and administration at Primeview Properties, bringing care, structure and attention to the company’s everyday work.

Having lived in Dubai for 22 years, she has witnessed the city’s remarkable transformation and developed a deep connection with the place she calls home.

Known for her kind-hearted, helpful nature, Dhruvshri treats everyone with respect and makes people feel valued. Her warmth and thoughtful approach help create a supportive environment for both the team and clients, reflecting Primeview’s commitment to lasting relationships.
